Luxury car maker Rolls-Royce launched its new model "Ghost" in India on 19th November, 2009. Ghost is the first car launched from olls-Royce in India other than Phantom family.

Under BMW Rolls Royce has incresed its annual sales over 100 mark for the 1st time in 104 year history but its much lesser than competitors Bentley under Volkswagen group. Rolls-Royce launched the Ghost at a price tag of Rs. 2.50 Crore to attract more customer.

Ghost has typical luxurious interiors with violin key switches and eyeball air vents. The interior space is filled with natural light, enhanced by an optional Panorama Sunroof with deep-pile carpets. Ghost has come with four-zone automatic air conditioning, automatic air recirculation, condensation prevention and solar compensation, lounge or individual seating for superb comfort.

Ghost has also come with high level entertainment devices like two 9.2in LCD screens in the back of the front seats with finest leather covered picnic tables. Audio system of Rolls-Royce Ghost delivers 600 Watts of sound through a 10-channel amplifier and 16 speakers and a 12.5 GB hard drive enables storage of music files from USB or CD player.

Volkswagen Beetle Photos | VW Beetel Pictures, Images launhing on 4th December 2009

Much awaited People Car from Volkswagen "Beetle" is finally going to launch on Friday, 4th December, 2009 in India. Volkswagen has not revealed the price of their new launch Beetle but it is expected to be priced around RS. 18-20 Lakhs as the Beetle is coming to India as a Complete Build Unit and so it would levy 110 per cent custom duty on the car.

ALG: Automotive Depreciation Rankings for 2009 Vehicles

Alot of people wonder how brands stack up against eachother with regards to re-sale value. Here is a chart that compares just that, not just comparing brands but also comparing the individual vehicles. 5-stars are the best and 1-star is the worst.

5 Stars (above), these vehicles hold their value the best and depreciate the least.
4 stars (above), still hold their value exceptionally well, but obviously not as well as the 5's.
3 stars (above) these vehicles would be classed as 'average' resale, not too bad, not too great.

2 stars (above), below average, these cars do not hold their value very well at all.
1 star, terrible. Just plain terrible. Drop a stone off a bridge....

Huh? JDM Honda Odyssey Tricked Out as a BMW

Ah yes, the things people do....
Needless to say, this Japanese domestic market Honda Odyssey isn't your typical soccer-mom's minivan. Besides the insane negative camber all around and the fact that in parking position, the Odyssey sits only about an inch or two away from the road, what makes this custom creation stand out from the crowd is that the designer managed to incorporate the front-end of an E92 BMW 3-Series Coupe. Oddly enough, the bimmer nose seems to work nice...
